Privacy Policy — Play Hero
We collect the minimum needed to run accounts, improve the product, and keep it secure: your email, what you upload and generate, rough region from your IP, support messages, and payment records. We never see your Google credentials — we never ask for them.
Accounts
Email, display name, and authentication metadata via our auth provider. Used only to operate your projects and contact you about your files. Delete your account by contacting us and project data is removed with it.
Usage analytics and IP addresses
We log page views and product milestones (sign-up, uploads, generations) with your IP address, approximate country derived from it, device type, and language. Country detection uses platform geo headers when available and a cached third-party IP lookup otherwise. This data is used for security, abuse prevention, and understanding which features get used — never sold or shared for advertising.
Uploads and generated files
Raw AAB binaries are kept for 14 days, then auto-deleted. Parsed metadata and files you generate (CSV, policies, listings, screenshots) are kept in your project until you delete them.
Support chat
Messages you send through the on-site chat are stored so we can reply and keep context. Guests are identified by a random browser ID, not by name.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paystack; we store order records (amount, product, reference, status) but never card numbers. See Paystack's own policy for payment-data handling.
Your rights
Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data any time — reply to any email from us or use the support chat. Deletion completes within 30 days.
