Checkout for this tier isn't open yet — pricing is finalized in Admin → Products. You can still read how the service works below.
Access model (read before you pay)
You invite playherolaunch@gmail.com via Play Console → Users and permissions. We never ask for your Google password, 2FA, or session — any flow asking for those is not us.
✓Manage store presence (store listing, screenshots, graphics)
✓Manage releases and testing tracks (builds, closed/open testing, production access requests)
✓View app information
✕Never: financial / payments data
✕Never: account-level settings
✕Never: removing other users
✕Never: deleting the app
Why invite-based access only
Play Hero's core promise is that we never store credentials — managed publishing extends it, not excepts it. The invite system is Google's own mechanism: scoped, auditable, revocable by you in one click. Anything asking for a shared login or session token violates the product's trust commitment — flag it if you ever see it.
What we don't do
✓Closed tests run via TestSlot for high quality and unique users, with per-order tracking — the pool mechanism itself is a separate workstream from this launch flow.
✕Never: create or hold play console accounts for you
✕Never: touch in-app purchase/billing setup
✕Never: run bots through closed tests
Frequently asked questions
Do you need my Google password?+
Never. You invite our publishing identity via Play Console → Users and permissions with scoped roles (store presence, releases, view app info). We can't see payments, account settings, or other users — and you can revoke access any time, which we actively prompt after launch.
Which tier am I?+
Organization/verified business account → Tier A (skips closed testing, review time only). Personal account created after Nov 13, 2023 → Tier B (we run the mandatory 14-day closed test via TestSlot with 12+ real testers first, then production access, then review).
How long does Tier B really take?+
14 days minimum for the closed test via TestSlot plus Google review time. If opted-in testers drop below 12 on any day, Google's clock resets to zero — you'll see the day counter and every reset on your order page, and we're notified to re-recruit immediately.
What happens if Google rejects the app?+
You see Google's actual rejection reason (not a generic failure), linked to our rejection guide, and the order returns for fixes. Rejections are part of the service — not a dead end.
Who are the closed-test testers?+
Play Hero runs closed tests via TestSlot — real, opted-in humans for high quality and unique users. Never bots or emulators, never the same fixed pool recycled across clients. Every assignment is tracked per order for audit.
Can someone upload my app to the Google Play Store for me?+
Yes — that's exactly what this service is. Upload your AAB, invite us to your Play Console with scoped roles, and we handle the listing, Data Safety form, and review monitoring for you. Or use the free tools yourself if you prefer to submit on your own.
Do I keep ownership of my Play Console account?+
Always. You invite us with limited roles and can revoke access in one click after launch. We never ask for your Google password or 2FA, and we never create or hold accounts on your behalf.
How much does publishing help cost?+
Self-serve tools are free. Delegated publishing is priced by tier — see the pricing page for current Org and Personal rates. Personal costs more because Google requires 12+ testers for 14 days: the price is a TestSlot fee plus a platform fee, shown as a breakdown before you pay. Payment is confirmed before any submission work starts.
